Payment Terms and Conditions 

1. Payment must be made prior to participating in our activities. Places cannot be reserved.

2. If joining part way through an academic term training fees will be pro-rated.

3. If payment is not made or a valid reason provided within two weeks of the activity commencing, Ardour Sports Academy reserves the right to cancel your child’s activity place.

4. Upon completing your booking, a booking confirmation will be sent via email which acts as your receipt.

5. If more than 3 sessions in the plan period are washed out due to rain, make up sessions will be automatically added to your plan. For a session to be called 'Washed-Out' there must have been less than 40 minutes of training activity. 

6. If we cancel a session then a make-up lesson will be offered, unless due to a force majeure.

7. Ardour Sports Academy has a general ‘no refund’ policy, however, exceptions will be made at the discretion of the management.
